Our production process mainly includes pressing, cutting slats, stapling or gluing, edge cutting, shrinking, and packing. Simply put, Pressing involves laminating the decorative surface onto the MDF board. Cutting slats means cutting the laminated board into the required width and length. Gluing or Stapling refers to the method of fixing the MDF slats to the PET backing. Edge cutting means cutting the ends of the boards to the dimensions specified in the order. Shrinking refers to packaging the finished product with a layer of plastic film. Final the packing refers to further packaging the product in cardboard boxes according to the order requirements.
