SPC flooring is composed of a UV layer, wear layer, decorative layer, SPC core, and an optional IXPE or EVA under layer. The UV layer primarily serves to adjust gloss, increase wear resistance, and facilitate cleaning. The wear layer we commonly offer thicknesses of 0.2, 0.3, 0.5 millimeters. The decorative layer is mainly used to display different textures and patterns, we can provide options such as wood grain, stone grain, carpet patterns. The SPC core is mainly synthesized from raw materials such as PVC resin, calcium carbonate, and plasticizers. We use 100% new raw materials, not recycled. Therefore, our SPC flooring has high flexibility and light transmittance. The soundproofing mat is optional, we commonly offer are 1, 1.5, and 2 millimeters thickness.
