What is Rigid SPC Vinyl Floor ?
Rigid SPC Vinyl Floor is a rigid plastic floor. The material is mainly PVC resin and calcium powder, plus a small amount of stabilizers, PE wax, ACR and CPE. It is produced using the latest extrusion technology. The PVC substrate is extruded by an extruder combined with a T-die, and the PVC wear-resistant layer, PVC color film and Rigid SPC substrate are separately heated and laminated with a four-roll Extrusion machine. The heat is completed, no glue is needed, and the surface is UV treated, slotted and packaged, and the process is simple.
As a new type of environmentally friendly floor, the material uses environmentally friendly formula, does not contain heavy metals, phthalates, methanol and other harmful substances, and complies with EN14372, EN649-2011. Spc vinyl flooring has the characteristics of zero formaldehyde, mildew proof, moisture proof, fire proof, insect proof, and simple installation.
Widely popular in Europe, America and Southeast Asia markets. Relying on its excellent stability and durability, stone plastic flooring not only solves the problem of damp, mold, and rotten solid wood flooring, but also solves the formaldehyde problem of other decoration materials. It has a wide range of colors and patterns to choose from, such as wood grain, stone grain, carpet, etc., suitable for indoor home improvement, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls and other public places.
Brief performance：
1.Rigid Vinyl shrinkage: ≤1‰ (after tempering), ≤2.5‰ (before tempering), (shrinkage test standard: 80℃, 6 hours standard);
2.Rigid Vinyl density: 1.9~2 tons/cubic meter;
3.Rigid Vinyl advantages: SPC floor physical indicators are stable and reliable, and chemical indicators meet European and USA standards;
4.Disadvantages of SPC floor: Rigid SPC floor has high density, heavy weight and high transportation cost;
